My new Bathroom

"I decided several months ago that my bathroom was long overdue some  attention. I bought my house brand new 3 years ago, and like most  newbuilds, the spec in the bathroom was minimal: basic floor tiles, 
little wall tiling, and no shower over the bath. I have lodgers, so  the lack of shower was a particular problem.

I heard about The Building Experience through a friend, and decided to  give them a try. Being completely DIY inept , the job was clearly far more than I could manage, but equally I liked the idea of having some 
input into the job itself. The guys came around the same week I called  them and quoted the job there and then. I wasn't sure what to expect  on price, but given the job, the price seemed very reasonable.

The work itself could not have gone better. I was involved from the word go, and was being consulted on every decision. The major plus point of the whole was that the guys were able to do weekends. This 
meant that I was able to be there and learn at all the key bits.

The work took just 2 weekends (with a couple of days in between), and I now have a lovely traverine tiled bathroom, with a very impressive shower unit built into the wall (not easy given the thin cavity 
walls!). The retracting glass shower door was the finishing touch, and I couldn't be happier with the finished result.

I will certainly be using this firm again, hopefully later this year when I have some wooden flooring and spotlights installed in other rooms!"
