Definition of Nomex:Nomex (also called Aramid) is a fiber composed of aromatic poly-poisoned amine macromolecules.Advantages of Nomex Filter Bag:
1. Its outstanding advantage is that it has good heat resistance and retains 90% of its original strength at 204°C for 20,000h.
2. It has good flame retardancy and is resistant to most acids and bases.
3. High oxidation resistance, good resistance to sulfur oxides in high temperature smoke; stable dimensional properties and low shrinkage.
4. The biggest disadvantage of NOMEX is the poor resistance to hydrolysis, for the flue gas moisture content of the working conditions, need to do water and oil repellent treatment.
